Alongside its public commitment in Austria, OCHSNER has decided to take responsibility for a climate-friendly, liveable future. To this end, an ambitious, science-based CO2 reduction target (Science Based Target) was defined, which is in line with the 1.5°C target of the Paris Climate Agreement.
OCHSNER achieves the necessary reductions without using emissions certificates.
Efficient products from sustainable manufacturing
OCHSNER heat pumps are known for their highest efficiency and low energy consumption. The main plant in Haag (Lower Austria) sets equally high standards. It uses 100 percent green electricity and already ensures manufacturing free from fossil fuels today. Lean production and the continuous optimisation of all processes make a significant contribution to this. The standards applied by suppliers are equally important. That is why all business partners are committed to OCHSNER sustainability criteria. Certification in accordance with the international ISO 14001 environmental standard underlines the comprehensive activities for the environment and sustainability.
