OCHSNER's customer service staff commission all OCHSNER heat pump heating systems. This ensures the optimum setup and optimisation for your new heat pump system and also ensures that the heat pump is adapted to the particular conditions where it is installed.

Commissioning by OCHSNER's customer service including any refrigeration engineering connections is organised by your OCHSNER system partner.

With domestic water heat pumps commissioning can also be carried out by the OCHSNER system partner or your installer since OCHSNER domestic hot water heat pumps can be installed and commissioned quickly and very easily.

Servicing and repairing your heat pump

Your heat pumps will be serviced and repaired after a date and time have been confirmed or requested from OCHSNER's customer service team. The work will be carried out on site by a highly trained customer service specialist.

The heat pump is basically maintenance-free, but regular servicing is recommended to maintain the value of the system. The heat pump system - especially the controller and the cooling circuit - are adjusted in line with the actual operating conditions and optimised.

In some areas servicing may be a statutory requirement, depending on the heat pump type and size. Contracting companies also generally specify that servicing of the system must be carried out at defined intervals.
