Unless defined otherwise in the OCHSNER purchase order, or agreed in writing with the supplier, these general purchase conditions are valid for the purchase of all goods and services.

Supplier´s conditions of supply, even if stated in his order confirmation, will not be acknowledget by OCHSNER unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
