The performance data relates to the measured data from the heat pump under standard conditions (heat output, performance factor/COP), taking account of the specified tolerances. The energy efficiency of the system and thus the running cost is the responsibility of the system installer. The heat pump heating systems must be installed in accordance with OCHSNER's specifications. In the case of systems which are not built in accordance with these specifications, no performance warranty can be accepted for the heat pump. OCHSNER therefore recommends that OCHSNER's trained system partners should be used to install the heat pump,. Even with systems built in accordance with OCHSNER's specifications, the efficiency values can differ from the factory figures since the latter are based on measurements under standard conditions. Furthermore, user practices can play a significant role.
