Your private top-up pension
The increasing energy costs of recent months and years send out a clear signal: fossil fuel stocks are depleting and will one day be gone - with all the unpleasant consequences that entails, i.e. gas and oil prices will continue to rise in the long term. Short-term price fluctuations and the economic crisis will do nothing to change this.
Conventional heating systems are out. Heat pump heating systems from OCHSNER, on the other hand, reduce your heating costs compared with your neighbour who is heating with oil gas or solid fuels, often by well above 50%. That's because heat pumps take 60 to 80% of their heat free of charge from the environment.
Lowest running cost
It's a simple fact: there is no cheaper way to heat. Three-quarters of the required energy comes free of charge from the environment!
For a hot water temperature of 30°C we don't need a 2000°C flame. Combustion technology is now outdated - and is too expensive. A heat pump enables you to use 3/4 free-of-charge solar energy which is stored in our environment and will also remain free in future. This means that heat pumps do not offer the lowest operation costs of all systems just for now. When cooling with an OCHSNER air-conditioning heat pump, too, the running cost is substantially lower than that of a conventional air-conditioning system.

Continuing in the future
Will you still be able to afford your heating system in 20 years? Deciding on a heating system has implications for decades to come. Anyone who looks far enough ahead will almost inevitably opt for a heat pump now:
heat pumps are already the heat source with the lowest running cost. And every rise in energy prices mean that heating costs with a heat pump become even cheaper in relative terms, i.e. the savings over oil, gas and other alternative heating systems increase. Even if the price of electricity rises, three-quarters of the heat energy from a heat pump remains free of charge.
Extensive grants
The use of heat pumps qualifies for government grants as an environmentally and economically sound technology. These grants range from subsidies by the EU, national, regional and local governments and energy supply companies to tax concessions and interest rate support for credit financing. Don't miss out on this bonus and make sure that you also benefit from the preferential heat pump electricity rates of the energy supply companies.
